"Before Israel implemented its policy of blowing up homes belonging to terrorists as a form of collective punishment and before Israel became a state, the British government in Palestine implemented the same policy of blowing up homes against the Palestinian-Arabs, during the Arab Revolts of the late 1930s. The British also deported the people behind the incitement and used other forms of collective punishment."
